Other Clan Cats

(Update: Lilakstar has announced that she is breaking the alliance of the Clans because of Skyclaws treachery, and Cloverstar was watching and is nw angry)


Cloverstar leapt out of the bushes, her yellow tabby fur bristling. "Why have you broken the alliance!? Alone, we will never kill Skyclaw!"

Nightstreak flinched, but still her expression remained neutral. She was fearless of the clan leader. "Maybe we should keep the alliance, but go against Skyclaw," she suggested.

Cloverstar's expression became blank but confused. She looked up to Lilakstar. "We have to keep the alliance, or we will all die!"

Lilakstar turned to her old friend.
"Ah, I wondered when you would show your face, Clovertstar," she mewed, "But you must know that i take this decision very carefully. I do not wish to break our bond, but my Clan must come first. This is the way of the code. how can I be allies with a Clan who are haunted by a great threat to us in thier midst? Answer me that."
Though her words were harsh, Lilakstar knew of the sadness inside her, the reminicense. She knew what she was doing, however, and would not back down.

Lilakstar growled. "Don't make me wound you, Lilakstar. I have no intention to fight but if you push my limits I will. If we break our alliance, both clans will die. Skyclaw is too strong. If we stand together, we can beat her." There was a mother's sadness in Cloverstar's voice. A small tear ran down her face, but she snorted to hide it and shook her muzzle.

WildClan's leader tossed her head.
"You will fight me... for an alliance? That would not help your position, FlameClan cat."
She looked straight into the eyes of her former warrior.
"Anyway, Skyclaw is still in your ranks."

(PS im saying that i dont know about sky destroying the camp. tell me.)

(K, and btw, I banished Skyclaw from the clan long ago)

"Skyclaw destroyed the camp. Every last bit. It's in ruins! And she is no longer part of the clan. She runs alone now. Without an alliance, both clans will perish! The whole of FlameClan knows that."

"She speaks the truth," Nightstreak said, her tone flat. "I saw the camp with my own eyes".

Cloverstar nodded.

Lashing her tail in frustartion and dissagreement, Lilakstar shook her head.
"Cloverstar, this is not the time or place for this. We will meet at the gathering in a few days time: That is when we shall talk of this. Leave my territory now."
Lilakstar looked hard in to the younger cats eyes.
"Also, you should bear in mind that you may no longer come and go in our territory as you please. i do not do this in yours any longer, so you should respect our boundaries. I will be increassing patrols from now on. Now, be gone from here."
Flicking her tail at Mousestream, lilakstar ordered her warrior to take Cloverstar to the border. The she-cat nodded and padded toward FlameClan's leader.

Cloverstar growled, loudly. "I can take myself, thankyou-verymuch!" she snapped. Cloverstar drew back her lips in a snarl and ran off into the undergrowth.

Nightstreak was worried about breaking the alliance. What if the clan weren't strong enough? She thought it might be better to have another clan as their ally. Additionally, she couldn't help but feel a little bit of pity inside her for Flameclan's leader, and Flameclan theirself. She had seen the horrendous state their camp was in. Would it ever be fixed? Would they even survive? Her worries irritated her for a while, until she decided she would ask the leader about it. She padded to Lilakstar's den and walked in. She looked at the white she-cat. "Lilakstar," she addressed, "Are you sure breaking the alliance was the wise thing to do?"

Lilakstar nodded at her warrior.
"Follow her," she ordered, "And take others with you, so you can mark the boundary whilst you are there." With an dismissive flick of her tail, lilakstar leapt down from her trunk and surveyed the place where Cloverstar ran off.

Nightstreak nodded. She told the other warriors what to do, and they bounded off behind Flameclan's leader.
